OEM Brake Disc

Aplus Racing have adopted a new pattern design that increases the braking friction while effectively reducing the power frequency noise. The brake disc has a unique patented design of 72 air ducts inside, which contributes to the achievement of optimal braking stability and heat dissipation cooling effect.

The carbon content up to 3.83% with added silicon and manganese—is crucial for enhancing the performance characteristics of brake discs, particularly in terms of durability, wear resistance, and noise reduction.

The extended heat treatment time of up to 12 hours plays a critical role in ensuring the long-term stability and performance of APLUS brake discs
